Guanyi General Aviation is a leading private enterprise in China specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of general aviation aircraft. The company possesses core technologies and extensive experience in the design and certification of civil aircraft with below 19 seats. Having over 16 years of professional expertise in aircraft development, Guanyi’s R&D team has participated in several major national civil aircraft programs.

The company’s first independently developed model, GA20, has successfully awarded its Type Certificate (TC) from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). To date, Guanyi General Aviation has been granted 150 patents, including 31 invention patents and 110 utility model patents, demonstrating its strong and sustainable capability in continuous aircraft innovation and development.

The company's R&D team is an international technical group formed by French experts and local engineers. It brings together top-tier aircraft development specialists, including senior experts and test pilots from globally renowned aerospace companies such as Airbus and Dassault Aviation. The domestic team comprises aviation specialists with extensive experience in civil aircraft development, many of whom are graduates of prestigious institutions such as the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich), ISAE–SUPAERO (France), Georgia Institute of Technology (USA), Beihang University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Northwestern Polytechnical University.
